Position Summary：
Work closely with manufacturing supervisor and RM leader to identify the production line needs.
Work closely with cross function department to make cost analysis
Product & manufacturing process and documents transfer. Document, Quality key points.
enhancing company's competitiveness through higher output and lower cost.
Responsibilities:
1. Production capacity and manufacturing evaluation.
2. Product & manufacturing process study and transfer. Product & process document transfer.
3. D&P FMEA review, Process flow design, work instruction design. Change management
4. Basically six sigma knowledge
5. CPK tracking and key quality process control improvement, VA/VE on Product & Process.
6. Safety improvement from manufacturing perspective.
7. Operator’s training
